32:Fitness are a Middlesbrough based fitness bootcamp. With members from 16 years old, to 65 years old and from 7 stone to 27 stone, they cater for all levels of fitness. To say they are diverse is an understatement.

“Total Warrior is a key event each year for us, it allows our members to push themselves well beyond their comfort zones & for a lot of members is a huge physical & mental battle” says David Hesse of 32: Fitness.

“I stay at the back with the last person for the full course & nobody gets left behind. The feeling of teamwork & seeing everyone support each other is truly amazing. We also raise funds for local charities each year, often choosing a cause close to a member, chosen by the members themselves, to be able to raise vital funds for local charities close to home is the icing on the cake.”

They are getting ready to tackle their 8th Total Warrior and hoping to make this year’s team the biggest yet. Their youngest member to complete Warrior is 8, their oldest 65!

They currently have 54 on the team for 2022 and this year will be raising raising funds in memory of one of their member’s parents, who unfortunately passed away within months of each other.

“Sadly Mark (Charlotte’s Dad) had battled with oesophageal cancer for serval years before unfortunately passing away on Christmas Day 2021, the family then received more devastating news when Angela (Charlotte’s Mother) was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the end of January this year. After a very short battle, she sadly she passed away on Tuesday 22nd March leaving her family devastated once again. The pain & heartbreak the family has endured in such a short space of time is just incomprehandable & we would like to show our support to Charlotte and her family by dedicating this year’s Total Warrior to Mark & Angela”

They are fundraising for Teesside Hospice, a Palliative Care Centre in Teesside, who provided invaluable care & support to the Livingstone family when they needed it most. Any funds we raise will go direct to the hospice to enable them to continue the amazing work they do.

Through taking part in Warrior, they have raised over £20,000 for charity.
