Total Warrior is the perfect event to enter as part of a team.
Teams can be any size from 4 people upwards and can be mates from the pub, local sports club looking for pre-season training with a difference, fitness groups looking for a challenge or even the whole office having the ultimate team building experience! Total Warrior now has an event and a distance to suit everybody.
How to enter as a team
The Team Captain needs to select the ‘Create a Team’ option on the entry form and then follow the instructions on screen.
Other team members can join the existing team at any time by selecting the ‘Join a Team’ option on the entry form. Team members must enter the EXACT Team Name and Team Password (if a team password was used) given to them by the Team Captain to ensure they are in the same wave.
Teams must have a minimum of 4 people, there is no maximum team size. The team time is taken from the time the 4th team member crosses the finish line. Teams wanting to try to win on the day must enter one of the first 4 waves.
Free places for big teams
Bringing a team of 10 or more? Once 10+ paying team members have registered for your team via the Total Warrior website please email stuart@totalwarrior.co.uk and we will send you a 100% discount code for a free place. Get 20+ paying team members and we’ll send you 2 free places, 30+ and we’ll send you 3 and so on. The free place offer applies to the 12K Original, 6K Half, 3K Junior Warrior and also Ultra Warrior.

We now have a Total Warrior Fitness Ambassador Programme which is aimed at gyms, personal trainers and other leisure providers looking to bring teams of 20+ to the event. Ambassadors are required to run a minimum of 6 Total Warrior training sessions in the build up to the event.
