Total Warrior 2020 – Postponement Message for Participants

Due to these extraordinary times, a painful but necessary decision has been made to postpone our 10-year-anniversary celebration until June 2021.
We’ve been forced to postpone Total Warrior 2020, scheduled to take place at the end of June. Needless to say, we’re gutted, but we’re excited about reaching the other side of this together, and hosting a TW like never before!
As a paid-up Warrior-in-waiting, you will have 3 options:
1. Transfer to 2021. This is the automatic transfer into Total Warrior 2021, taking place at Bramham Park over the weekend of 25th – 27th June 2021. Your day and wave time selections will also be carried over.
Please note that this is the automatic action unless you inform us otherwise, and requires no action from you.
2. Deferral into Total Warrior 2022. The date for Total Warrior 2022 will be 24th – 26th June, although is subject to final confirmation with Bramham Park. Please let us know if this is your preferred option.
3. Substitution. This means that you may transfer your entry to another person for free. Please let us know if this is your preferred option.
There will be no administration charges applicable for any of the options above.
What if I’ve selected the ‘Pay by Instalments’ option on our booking platform, Race Space?
For those participants who are currently on installment plans, Race Space will create transfer credits based on the amount they have paid off on your installment plans to date. You will then have 12 months to use these credits towards a future Total Warrior event. You will be contacted about this shortly, with all the necessary information.
