Meet John Lavender, aka Speedo Warrior. A familiar face at Total Warrior events, and absolute proof that it’s never too late to take the jump … and hit the mud.

John started running in the early 90’s but didn’t take part in an OCR until 2014. Since then he’s completed both the Shap and Leeds courses and this year, aged 70, he’ll be at the start line of the Great Northern Mud Run once again. Here’s his bio:
