We’ve been working hard over the past weeks to make sure TW 2021 can take place as planned next month, irrespective of the lifting of restrictions. Hopefully this is us being over cautious, but either way we’re set to welcome every single one of you across the finish line in July. WE ARE ON!
Allocating wave times is tricky in a normal year. This year, even more so. With safety in mind, we’re limiting the number of people we can have in each wave, and have increased the number of waves each day. A small number of Warriors may have a slightly different wave time to the one you selected when you signed up. However, the changes are minor. Thank you all for your patience and understanding with this.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to change your wave time. The ONLY exceptions are if your wave time clashes with your child’s Junior Warrior wave or if team members are not all in the same wave as the team captain. If the later is the case, all team members can start at the same time as the team captain, you do NOT need to email us to confirm this.
Please also check your postal address and medical details ASAP, click here for instructions showing how to edit your details. The deadline is next Thursday 17th June. After this date, all packs will be posted out to the address you gave when you registered.
